Article 9.10 of the BYLAWS President. The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Association and shall, subject to control of the Board of Directors, have general supervision, direction, and control of the affairs of the Association and of the other officers and the employees and agents of the Association. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Members and at all meetings of the Board, shall have the general powers and duties of management usually vested in the office of the President of an Association, and shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors and the Bylaws, subject, however, to any limitations contained in the Declaration.
