Welcome new HOA Member!
Our HOA provides a beautiful pool and a chance for our community to come together as a neighborhood.

Here are some useful tips for new members:

 - Be sure to get a key for the pool. Our pool is generally available June through September to all HOA members in good standing
 - Watch the newsletter for fun events. We have several during the year, generally near holidays or at the start/end of the swimming season. 
 - You can be part of the board. Elections are generally in May-June and committees are always looking for new members.
 - All HOA billing and documents are handled by Management Trust. You can access yours via my.managementtrust.com 
 - We do ask people to maintain the standards listed in our rules but we aren't crazy about it. You can always contact the board and explain why you're temporarily out of compliance or having difficulty maintaining your property. We'll do as much as we can to resolve the issue with you and help you make things right.
